My offerings
When things fall apart, they can become a threshold, an invitation to see what might be possible from here.
I bring the authentic presence of someone who has lived through a kaleidoscope of endings and found beauty and simplicity on the other side.
1 to 1
I support women through endings and transitions, creating space to accept what’s ending, reflect on what has been, and discover the clarity, vision and momentum to move into what comes next.
Whether this is the end of a relationship, children leaving home, redundancy, or the loss of someone you love, I have a particular understanding of grief and loss through my training and experience as a death doula. I know that grief can take many forms, and that endings, even those we choose or know are coming, can bring a profound sense of loss.
There is no formula for navigating an ending, and no right way to feel or timeline for moving through it. Together, we make space for what is happening, whether you need to process what has been lost, make sense of where you are now, or begin to imagine what comes next.
I meet you where you are and offer thoughtful, grounded support that responds to what you need in that moment. You might leave a session with a clearer understanding of what you’re feeling, a different perspective on what has happened, or a sense of what your next step could be.
The work is yours. I’m there to help you find your way through it.
Gather
Connection is sometimes exactly what we need.
I create joyful, beautiful and intimate gatherings in spaces that invite you to slow down, settle in and connect.
I love creating beautiful and inspiring environments that feel welcoming, safe and a little bit special. Gathering in my East London warehouse home might include a simple supper around a shared table, a herbal brew in circle, a gong bath inspiring conversation or learning something new together.
I’m interested in what unfolds when women find the time and space to be present together. To listen, to talk, to be curious, to share a thought or experience, to feel accepted and welcome.
I have a natural instinct for holding space and bringing people together. And something I’ve noticed again and again is that, however different the women who gather might be, there is always a golden thread, a shared curiosity, experience, perspective or point of connection that emerges between them.
Sound, nature and thoughtful spaces for wellbeing.
My wellbeing work is shaped by a unique blend of training across sound, nature-based practice, coaching and mindfulness. It is also underpinned by my training as a death doula, a profound education in accompanying people through change, uncertainty, loss and endings. This has deepened my understanding of the importance of being present with what is, rather than always trying to fix, improve or move beyond it.
I bring these different strands together to create experiences that invite people to slow down, step away from the usual pace and reconnect, with themselves, with others and with nature. Sometimes that might be through the deep rest of a sound bath or guided meditation; sometimes through mindful and held space in nature or guided conversations.
These experiences can be offered as a standalone session for a group of friends, as part of a wellness day, a retreat, an away day or corporate gathering. I also curate, produce and run retreats. My bespoke experiences are created for you, and with you, around a particular setting, group or intention.
Each experience is shaped around the people, the place and what feels right for the group. The aim isn’t to prescribe a particular way of being, but to create the conditions for people to pause, listen and reconnect, and perhaps leave feeling a little more grounded, present and restored.
Sound & Nature
Come away, slow down and reconnect with yourself and nature.
I create intimate retreats for groups of friends, or bring small groups of women together, in my own lakeside retreat in Norfolk.
Book a self led or guided retreat in a space that you will want to call home. Bless Cabin is the perfect place to catch up with yourself, to reconnect with nature, to rest and restore. Enjoy poetry and nature books, be inspired by the tree top views and the changing light. Bathe inside or out. Come rain or shine, my preference is always the art deco bath, tucked away on the deck. However you shape your stay Bless Cabin i’s a place to pause and let the outside world fall away for a while.
If you are looking for a guided experience you can enjoy nutritious plant based meals, forest bathing, gong baths and intuitive and nurturing conversation. Each bespoke retreat is shaped around the people who come and what feels supportive.
Joyful and restorative retreats, for 1 - 6 friends, can be booked throughout the year.
Retreat
Creating space for better conversations, stronger relationships and more dynamic and nurturing teams.
I help organisations understand what’s happening beneath the work, so their people and their performance can thrive.
I explore the culture that sits beneath the day-to-day, how people communicate, how trust is built, what gets in the way, and what helps people feel connected to one another and to the work they do.
I’m interested in success in its fullest sense: not just how a team performs, but how the individuals within it grow, develop and experience their working lives.
Together, we look at what an organisation needs to create the conditions for people to feel happy, fulfilled and able to do their best work, building teams that are connected, confident and high-achieving, and organisations where people genuinely want to belong.
Through facilitated conversations, bespoke team experiences and leadership development, I create space for reflection, honest dialogue and new perspectives. I’m equally interested in supporting people at the earlier stages of their careers, as I am in nurturing emerging leaders. New starters and younger members of a team can easily be overlooked, yet they can bring fresh thinking, energy and perspectives that become some of an organisation’s greatest assets, and, in time, its future leaders. I want to help people find their voice, grow in confidence and develop without losing their sense of themselves along the way..
My approach to coaching is informed by years of holistic training and practice across different modalities. This allows me to work not only with what people think and say, but with how they experience themselves, one another and the environments they are part of. I bring these perspectives into my work in a grounded and practical way, creating experiences that can be thoughtful, creative and sometimes unexpected.
My experience spans corporate, charity and creative environments, including working at senior leadership level, running my own award winning business, and working with freelance teams and collaborators. I’ve also brought sound healing and other experiences into my work with organisations, including Reuters.
Every experience is shaped around the people, context and challenges of the organisation, creating the space to understand what’s really going on, have the conversations that matter, and find new ways forward.
For organisations & collectives
Wherever you are, there is a way forward, and there is room for joy along the way.
Whether you are navigating a life transition, looking for space to reconnect with yourself, wanting to gather women together, or creating a more connected culture within your organisation, I can shape the experience around what you need.
There is no formula. I bring together my experience, training and creative practice to create something thoughtful, supportive and entirely bespoke.
Because life and work can be demanding enough. I believe there should also be space for connection, creativity, lightness and joy.
If something here speaks to you, I’d love to hear from you.
